Transcriptome analysis of soybean roots in response to boron deficiency

چکیده
Boron (B) deficiency is detrimental to Glycine max (L.) Merr., which one of the leading oil crops. In this study, physiological analysis soybean seedlings under B and control after 12 h, 24 72 h 8 days was carried out, roots were subjected transcriptome sequencing analysis. The results showed that deficiency, plant height, SPAD chlorophyll fluorescence value decreased significantly, indicating stress significantly inhibited growth photosynthesis. RNA-seq revealed a total 5126 DEGs (Differentially Expressed Genes), nine co-existed at four-time points, among GLYMA_03G130600 regulates transcription factor ORG3, related growth. GO annotated 4018 DEGs, terms plasma membrane, extracellular, enzyme activity, ion transport metabolic process oxidoreductase activity enriched four time might hinder accelerate senescence. KEGG level 1, mainly in photosynthesis-related, phenylpropanoid biosynthesis, nitrogen metabolism hormone signal transduction. At 2 secondary metabolism, energy amino acid pathways, indicates stresses affect photosynthesis, regulation soybean, thus affecting above give deeper insight into response lay foundation for further studies molecular mechanism boron deficiency.

Transcriptome analysis of resistant soybean roots infected by Meloidogyne javanica
Soybean is an important crop for Brazilian agribusiness. However, many factors can limit its production, especially root-knot nematode infection. Studies on the mechanisms employed by the resistant soybean genotypes to prevent infection by these nematodes are of great interest for breeders. For these reasons, the aim of this work is to characterize the transcriptome of soybean line PI 595099-Me...

one of the best strategies to control bacterial wilt caused by ralstonia solanacearum (smith) is generally based on breeding resistant cultivars. the information obtained from the expression of plant defense genes will provide new insight for improving plant resistance against pathogens. this study was to identify inducible genes under defense no death (dnd) reaction of tobacco (nicotiana tabac...
متن کاملTranscriptome response to glyphosate in sensitive and resistant soybean.
The majority of soybeans planted in the United States are resistant to glyphosate due to introduction of a gene encoding for a glyphosate-insensitive 5-enolypyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase. Gene expression profiling was conducted using cDNA microarrays to address questions related to potential secondary effects of glyphosate. When glyphosate-sensitive plants were treated with glyphosate, ...
